Here goes, this is a new thing for me…that is blogging. I really enjoy talking, most people that knows me already knows this about me…I guess I should start off by telling you my name is Cindy and I am John Brannum wife, I guess you could say I’m Johns assistant at Brannum Real Estate…John and I have been together since March of 2006 and married since September 2009. We have two children from previse marriages, our wonderful son Adam Brannum and lovely daughter Miss. Brittany Upton. Adam has a beautiful girlfriend Lisa with two sons Jake and Joseph. Brittany has a handsome boyfriend Joseph and he has an adorable son Roman. Marriage “we hope” is in the very near future and hopefully MORE grandchildren thereafter…

I am going to be blogging about my mother-in-law today… She was admitted into the hospital on Sunday February 1, 2015 because she was really weak. The doctor thought she had pneumonia, but are not sure because she has not been spitting up anything, most importantly there is a few spots on her lungs, and after several day of medication, the hospital did another x-ray and the spots had not shrunk as anticipated…the doctor will be viewing this again next week…

Ms. Jeanine has been taken chemo for the past 6 months for colon cancer, her blood count was down many times which prevented her treatment a few times, but our little Ms. Jeanine finished her Chemo last month. Doctor gave her GREAT NEWS while she was in hospital and said that the COLON CANCER was GONE. She is already looking forward to a Cancer Free Party…

Ms. Jeanine came home from hospital on February 5, 2015 and I told her after work we would come by and bring dinner… John called her around 5pm and she said that the potatoes soup and corn bread was done and too come on out and have some supper. Today which is Friday, February 6, 2015 she called to let us know lunch was ready, she made Brunswick soap and corn bread, it was delicious and she even sent us some home for supper…This may shock you but not me at all, were talking about a women that after she took her CHEMO, which was every two weeks, she would run by and pick up a pizza or something for lunch, bring it by the office, and STAY the rest of the day… Let’s not forget the many times that she would have our lunch in the fridge, so all we had to do is heat it up…And by the way she is 82 years YOUNG…Whether she is this Amazing Women/Mother/Wife or she thinks I am a horrible cook, you take your pick…lol… Truthfully, she happiest when she’s taking care of her children and anyone else. Every now and then she will leave a little door open so I can help her and is always very grateful…

Until next time, Have an Amazing Day, Cindy
